Condo Warehouses

Condo Warehouse is a new real estate innovation concept for small business owners to own their own office/showroom/storage space with real estate ownership. They are individual units with the average condo warehouse size around 2,500 square feet, but their size will usually be determined by the nature of the business. Condo warehouses provide the financial advantages of ownership, with mortgage payments comparable to rent payments.
